INFRASTRUCTURE
HOSTELS
FACILITY
The institute believes that hostels help to develop
group dynamics amongst student and widen their
socio-cultural horizon as well. Keeping this in
mind, the University Institute of Technology has
made provision for excellent hostel facilities
(separate for boys and girls) for desirous student.
These facilities are in fact, provided by the
University itself. In addition, all students are
made available prompt medical aid through the
University dispensary. The university provides
excellent play fields, gymnasium and cultural hall
for sports and extra curricular activities for
fuller development of the students personality.
HEALTH
SERVICES
Medical aid is available to all the students of the
college as and when required through the University
Dispensary. Besides it is desirable for each student
on the rolls of the college to present himself for a
medical examination before the University Medical
Officer for a periodical check up on such dates as
may be fixed by the Medical Officer. Cases which
deserve special attention are referred by the
University Medical Officer to specialists in the
local Government Hospitals.
BANKING
AND POSTAL SERVICES
There is a branch of State Bank of India and a Post
Office in the University campus. Students are
advised to have savings account either at the Bank
or at the Post Office.
