ADMISSION
ADMISSION
TO INSTITUTE
Admission to the students is given in I semester by
the D.T.E. through counseling based on their merit
in the PET conducted by V.P. Mandal, Madhya Pradesh
and their Preference. Admission is open for all the
Indian nationals and PET centers are located outside
the state also. In the event of the PET merit list
of eligible candidates Getting exhausted, the D.T.E
may announce admission based on 10+2 marks.
Reservation to the extent of 5% of seats each are
granted to S.C., S.T. and O.B.C. candidates. 5% of
the seats are available for NRI or NRI sponsored
candidates. Reservation of seats is also available
for female candidates in each category as per Govt.
of M.P. rules.
ACADEMIC
QUALIFICATION
A candidate in order to be eligible for admission to
1st year course must have passed the 12th standard
of 10+2 scheme of M.P. Board of Secondary Education
or any other equivalent examination conducted by any
recognized Board of University with Physics,
Chemistry and Mathematics as the main subjects.
Candidate who is awarded compartment in First Main
Examination and clears subsequently will not be
eligible for admission though he/she finds place in
the merit list prepared by the P.E.T Board for that
Year.
ADMISSION TO HIGHER
CLASSES
Students seeking admission to higher semester on
promotion from the lower semester will be required
to furnish their latest particulars in the
prescribed application from obtainable from the
college. Their names would be enrolled only after
submission of this form and obtaining no dues
regarding college/hostel etc. Fresh admission will
be sought by the students in each semester. The
admission in each semester should be taken within 15
days of the commencement of the classes after which
a late fee per week will be charged. In no case
admission will be granted after 30 days of
commencement of classes.
VERIFICATION OF
DOCUMENTS/CANCELLATION OF ADMISSION
Selected candidates will be admitted to the college
only when their records, certificates, marks etc.
are verified from original documents on personal
appearance before the admission committee and their
depositing the necessary fees. The candidates who
have been debarred from from
school/college/polytechnic will not be admitted
under any circumstances.
ADMISSION TO DIPLOMA
HOLDERS TO B.E. III SEMESTER OF II YEAR
Provision is available for 10% of the seats in each
branch at the III semester level to I class Diploma
holders. The admission are made by DTE through
counseling.
